Lauren Bermudez has been a barber since 2003. It is her absolute passion. Lauren grew up with an older brother who believed in her before she believed in herself. Before she even had any skill, she would give him "kitchen cuts". It was then she realized she had a barbering talent within her. Years later she was licensed and her career began.
Lauren's first job was in the city of Philadelphia. She stayed there for years before eventually moving to New Jersey. She took a job in Cherry Hill, but she wanted more than that. Lauren wanted to own her own shop. She discussed her vision with her older brother, and just like he believed in her when she was a young girl cutting his hair in the kitchen, he believed in her again.
Lauren opened up her own shop in 2017 shortly after the passing of her brother. She knows he would be as proud as her now as he was back in. The trade has brought beauty into Lauren's life in so many ways. She loves being a barber and loves making others feel good. She gives back as much as possible in her spare time and cuts hair in rehab facilities.
