Rafael Gonzalez III believes in continuously learning, no matter how long you have been doing something. He travels to as many barber shows as he can to acquire new skills and tricks. His goal is to own his own barbershop one day.
Rafael is very passionate about giving back to his community. He feeds the homeless and gives back to kids who don't have a lot in life. He always puts god first, which is why he says he never stops growing.
